The **VIB-150 Automated Optical Inspection Machine** inspects filled liquid and lyophilized vials at speeds up to 150 containers per minute. High-speed multi-camera stations spin containers up to 4,000 RPM and instantly brake, tracking the movement of particulates (glass shards, fibers, metallic particles) using polarized backlighting, while top and bottom cameras inspect stopper seating, crimp quality, and container cracks.
