The **RTP-35 Double Rotary Tablet Press** is built for heavy-duty commercial tableting across single-layer and bi-layer formulations. Engineered on an ultra-rigid cast-iron monoblock frame, the RTP-35 features both pre-compression (up to 20 kN) and main compression (up to 100 kN) roller assemblies, virtually eliminating tablet capping and lamination issues at speeds up to 260,000 tablets per hour. Equipped with dual servo-driven force feeders with variable speed paddles, the machine ensures uniform die filling even for low-bulk density formulations. Integrated load cells on each compression station measure real-time punch forces, feeding back into an automated mean weight control loop with single-tablet reject gate capability.
