Fully automated non-PVC multi-layer film Form-Fill-Seal line for intravenous (IV) infusion bags from 50 mL to 3,000 mL with port welding.
The **IVB-3000 Form-Fill-Seal IV Bag Line** manufactures, fills, and hermetically seals large volume parenterals (saline, dextrose, amino acid infusions) from rolls of medical-grade multi-layer polyolefin non-PVC film. The machine welds infusion ports, prints batch DataMatrix codes with hot-stamp foil, fills liquid via mass flowmeters, and thermal-welds top bag seams.
