Anti-Bearding Spray Gun Array: Independently regulated pattern air and atomizing air prevents polymer buildup on nozzle tips.

Perforated Pan with Mixing Baffles: Helical baffles ensure gentle tablet tumbling with zero edge chipping or core breakage.

Closed-Loop Bed Temperature Control: Inlet air, exhaust and bed temperatures are controlled against the recipe, with spray suspended automatically if the bed leaves the qualified window.
