About the AC-100 Automatic Rotary Capping & Induction Sealing Machine

The **AC-100 Rotary Capper** provides high-speed, repeatable torque application for screw caps, ROPP aluminum caps, child-resistant closures, and dropper caps across bottles from 15 mL to 1,000 mL. Equipped with four independent servo-driven capping heads with magnetic hysteresis clutches, the AC-100 applies programmable torque within ±0.1 Nm.

Magnetic Clutch Servo Torque Heads: Constant torque application prevents overtightening, cap thread stripping, or loose caps.

Servo-Driven Volumetric Dosing: Fill volume is set electronically and held across the run, removing the drift associated with mechanically set cam systems.

Drainable, Sanitary Product Path: The wetted path is fully drainable with sanitary fittings throughout, supporting clean-in-place and, where specified, steam-in-place.
